Printer Installations/Troubleshooting
$50 – The Computer Peeps charge a flat rate of $50 to install & configure any type of USB printer, now matter how long it takes us! Please see legacy printers if you have a printer using a converter cable.
Legacy Hardware
$60 – The Computer Peeps charge a flat rate to install & configure your legacy printer. If you are using a printer with a converter cable there is no guarantee that the printer will work on Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
Scanner Installation/Troubleshooting
$50 – The Computer Peeps can install and configure your existing barcode scanner to work with your consignment software. We can also assist with any software outside of your consignment software package.
Networking
$70 – The Computer Peeps will network 2 systems so they can see one another and access the same database. If you have more than 2 computers, there would be a $20 charge for each additional computer.
System Clean Ups
PC Tune Up
$50 – Is your system running slow? The Computer Peeps will clean your system up and having it running at its optimum speed! If we determine you have a virus we will apply the $50 towards the cost of the virus removal!
Virus & Malware Removal
$100 – Do you think your system is infected? Let The Computer Peeps analyze your system and see if you have virus. Virus removals typically take 1-3 hours. The Computer Peeps charge $100 for the 1st hour and $50 for each additional.
Consultation & Training
30 Minute Consultation
FREE – If you are looking to purchase consignment software, The Computer Peeps will provide you with a free 30 minute consultation. The Computer Peeps also offer paid consultations for those who need assistance in additional areas other than consignment software.
1 Hour Consultation
$100 – Is technology weighing you down and you don’t know what direction to go? During your 1 hour session we can talk about anything you need assistance with, whether its Consignment Software, Systems or Hardware we have the answers you are looking for!
30 Minute Training
$50 – Need 30 minutes with an expert in the Consignment industry? Dean Casey has over 8 years of experience supporting ALL of the consignment software packages on the market! If 30 minutes isn’t enough for you, don’t worry, we can apply the money towards the 1 hour block of training if needed!
1 hour Training
$100 – So you have purchased your consignment software and need assistance with where to get started and how to take advantage of all of the programs features. The Computer Peeps can take you step-by-step through your consignment software and show you how to make the most of your investment!
