Yes! Whether it’s the Zebra LP2824 (beige with a green button) and Zebra ZD410 (grey with yellow accents), to the various TSC tag printers, each of these are compatible with Peeps.

For receipt printers, the Star TSP600 and TSP100 series are compatible, as well as the Citizen and Epson thermal receipt printers.

The Computer Peeps install and configure all of these for you!

Yes!  From the 2-Across consignment hang-tag (tear down the middle, stub on the end where the punch-hole is), to the portrait/vertical tag, to the jewelry ‘square’ and butterfly labels.

Peeps also supports SO MANY new tags and labels that are NOT proprietary or expensive, so you have a whole new array of affordable tags and labels available when you’re on Peeps.  🙂

Literally, minutes.  The actual data conversion is just a few minutes and we click a button, wait, and then it’s completed.

It’s the time spent practicing ahead of the big day, that makes for a successful conversion.  This doesn’t mean learning the entire system top to bottom, but primarily item entry.  The staff performing item entry are the most important ones to focus on during the conversion process and once they’re comfortable, the rest comes together very quickly.

Most stores are ready to convert within a few weeks.

There is no rush!  We will help support your store through this time and any issues that arise with your current consignment software, printers, etc.

It’s important that we get things tight during the “dress rehearsal” and this makes for a smooth conversion day.

No!  The cloud is just someone else’s computer!  😀

Sincerely though, the cloud has its place, but we are not fans of the “cloud” model that has done great for the companies selling it, but not so great for the stores when their cloud is down for weeks at a time.

Peeps runs on your own computers, under your own roof, and even if your Internet goes down Peeps will continue to run just fine.

You absolutely can use your existing computer, as long as it is strong enough, clean, and reliable.  We strongly recommend our MiniPeep systems — they are purpose-built, labeled top to bottom, and they keep your store running smoothly.

We really do and will make a best effort to make any and all legitimate PCs work.  We do like to apply our Peeps’ Configuration Protocol to help ensure your systems remain running smoothly, but typically most capable, Windows 11 systems are compatible.

Some basic specs/minimum requirements:

• A clean, reliable installation of Windows
• 16 GB of RAM (32 GB for ‘server’ stations with two or more workstations).
• 512 GB SSD (256 GB is ok, but Windows starts to consume this space over time)
• AMD Ryzen 7 CPU or Intel i5 CPU

Yes!  We are proudly partnered with Priority Payment Systems CC.

Seamless integration @ POS, tap to pay, and you do NOT have to ask the customer what kind of card they have before processing!  🙂

Signature capture throughout, from consignor contracts, to payouts, and even store credit @ POS.

No!  While we highly recommend the integrated payment processing (it reduces mistakes, the rates are great, etc.) via Priority Payment Systems CC, we do not require you to use our payment processing.

You can use any processing device you would like, from a PIN pad provided by your bank, to Square-type systems, they just aren’t “integrated” into Peeps POS.  i.e. you ring-up the items first, then manually process the payment on your device, then complete the sale once payment is approved.

Yes we do!  We don’t just stock new Zebra printers, Citizen receipt printers, cordless barcode scanners, hands-free countertop scanners, cash drawers, and more.

We fully test all of our equipment here and we label each and every device, port, cable, and power supply.  This not only makes installation easier, it helps prevent issues down the road.

We’re not just sitting here waiting for you to call or for things to go wrong.  🙂
