Wish List
The Wish List is here!  Peeps now has a complete Wish List system!

On the main Accounts tab, you can click the Wish List button to view Wishes, view Matches, or add a new Wish for an account.  You can lookup and selecte accounts from the Add Wish screen.  :)

On the Search Accounts screen, there's an Add Wish button, which lets you add a Wish for an account too!

And lastly, within each account, there's a new Add Wish smiley face button too.

Retail Inventory
Peeps now fully supports and lets you manage your retail inventory!  There's a new Retail Inventory button on the main Items screen.

From here, you'll see any items entered as Retail.  This is a 'Split', so if you don't want to even allow Retail Inventory, you can disable this Split.

From the Search Retail Inventory screen, you have some handy features:

• Refill Retail Inventory (when quantities get low).
• Change/remove an item's UPC Code.
• View a retail item's purchase history, so you can see high/low/avg. cost data.
• Copy UPC code to clipboard.

At point of sale, you can scan UPC codes and Peeps will find the item for you, so you don't have to tag your retail inventory.  :)

Option to hide Date-In on Tags
You can now hide the 'Date-in' on tags!  If you don't want to show the date on your tags at all, head to Settings > Printers > Tag Options and set the 'Date Text' to blank.

This will hide the 'Date-in' on all tags/labels.

This setting is *per-computer*, so if you print tags from more than one computer, set this option on each station you print tags from.

You can now 'mask'/alter the 'Date-in' on tags!  We've added 7 *awesome* new date masking options!

Tie-in BluePay CC Processing for Layaway Payments
Credit card processing for BluePay customers has been tied-in to the Layaway system!

You could create Layaways and take the initial payment during the sale, using a credit card, but follow-up payments were not tied-in to the BluePay credit card processing system.

The full processing system -- including signature capture -- is now part of the Layaway payment process.  :)

Feature Request
Ability to Change 'Pickup By' & 'Expires On' Text on Drop-off Receipt
You can now customize the 'Pickup By' & 'Expires On' text on the Drop-off Receipt!  Head to Settings > Printers > More... and you can customize this text.  This is a per-workstation setting, so if you have more than one computer, this text would need to be changed at each workstation.

This prints on the following reports/emails:

• Drop-off Receipt
• Entered Today (printout and email)
• Items Entered On (email)

Ability To See/View Item Note @ POS
You can now view an item's note @ Point of Sale!  Right-click an item that's been scanned-in to POS and click 'View Note...'  If there's a Note for the item, it'll display.  If there's no Note for the item, Peeps will alert you that there's no note for the selected item.

You can now add your store logo to POS receipts!

Peeps looks for a file named 'store_logo_receipt.png' in your program directory and if found, your logo will print on the receipt.  Otherwise, the standard receipt, sans logo, will print.

Rename Users/Change User Login Name
User Logins can now be changed!  To change a user's Login, head to Settings > Users & Security and double-click their name.  Click the 'Change' button next to their Login name and you'll be asked to repeat the Login to confirm.  You'll also be prompted to confirm you want to change their Login name.  :)

Some helpful notes:

• Duplicate users cannot be created (built-in to the database architecture already).
• This change is logged in the core Activity Log, so you can see who made the change and what the old user Login was before it was changed.

Coupons That Prompt To Specify Coupon Amount When Used
You can now specify a coupon's dollar amount on-the-fly!  To make a coupon one you can specify the dollar amount each time, add or edit a coupon and make its dollar amount $0.00.

Then, any time this coupon is selected @ POS, you'll be prompted to enter the dollar amount.  :)

Slow Tag Printing
Ok, so this one really bugged me.  I can't STAND slow technology!  :D  I originally designed the tags in the software, to print via a 3rd party reporting library.  It makes for 'prettier' printouts, which comes in handy for reports, but for labels, it's just not needed.

Now, on faster computers, the speed wasn't too bad.  On slower computers, it was really noticable.

And, forget excuses -- even on a fast computer, you had to wait a few seconds -- 5 seconds or more.

So I've moved the tag printing over to the native .NET printing engine and tags FLY now.  This involved a redesign of each tag/label AND brings in a few new styles!

This is phase 1 of a pretty exciting change that allows stores to customize their own tags.  ;)

Send Text/SMS Within A Consignor Account -- e.g. for Points, Totals, etc.
You can now send a text/SMS to a consignor!  Just to the right of the consignor's phone number, there's a new 'Send Text' icon.

Click this, type a message, send -- done!

No services, subscriptions, or anything other than their cell phone provider are needed.  Select their cell phone provider using the phone icon.

Auth Codes Are Not Unique, CC Receipts Could Include A Copy of a Previous Receipt
After receiving reports of stores seeing a third, old CC receipt print-out during a credit card sale processed via BluePay, I had a feeling it was the Authorization Code -- knowing how we print the CC receipt + merchant/customer copies, based on the Authorization Code.

Sure enough, the old receipt that printed-out along with the new ones, had the same auth. code.

I contacted BluePay to report this and they said auth. codes should be *somewhat-unique*, in that, they aren't supposed to be re-used for X amount of time.

Then, a new client -- who's only been on Peeps and BluePay for about a month -- reported the same.  After reporting to BluePay, it looks like within each Merchant, said *pool* of auth-codes is a finite pool, thus, can be re-used.

While it's a superficial issue @ just printing an old receipt, along with the new ones, it looks...hokey.  :)  So we've addressed this by appending the date + time to the auth. code, so each is unique down to the month/day/second.  :)

Frequently Worked/Popular Accounts
We've added a new 'Frequently Viewed Accounts' tab on the Recent Accounts view!  Each time an account is viewed, their viewed-count is increased by one.

This list shows the (top 20) accounts viewed most-often, sorting by the ones with the highest view-count.

This provides a quick way to get to the accounts you work with most.  :)

And, of course, you can double-click an account in this list to go directly to the account.  ;)

We're proud to announce a new tag style!  The '1-Across (Corner Tag)' is here!  Forms Plus has the new tag available online @ https://formsplusinc.com/collections/tags/products/direct-thermal-tag-tag-one.

Forms Plus has named this 'Tag One'.  Since there are so many '1'/'one' tags, we decided to name this something unique in Peeps' Software -- we've called it the 'Corner Tag', since the punch-hole is in the corner of the tag.  :)

'Sideways'/Rotated 1-Across Horizontal Label (LBTH1)
There are two new 1-across tags in Peeps!  The new '1-Across (Portrait Rotated)' and '1-Across (Portrait Rotated Markdown)' styles!

The LBTH label from Forms Plus is in a landscape orientation, as is the standard 2-1/4 x 1-1/4 version of this label.

There's a 1-Across 'Portrait' tag  that feeds in a portrait orientation and stores want to be able to have this same layout, but on a tag/label that happens to feed in a landscape orientation.

So now you can use the LBTH/standard 2-1/4 x 1-1/4 labels that feed in a landscape orientation, but have a portrait-oriented printout.  :)

Layaway Policy Text Printout
You can now customize your Layaway Policy Text *and* automatically print this when a layaway is created *and* re-print the Layaway Policy when viewing a layaway!  :)

To setup your Layaway Policy Text, as well as the Auto-Print option, head to Settings > Store > Policies and click the Policy Text button under Layaways.

You can enter your Policy Text here, as well as check or un-check the Auto-Print option.  If checked, this will automatically print when a layaway is created.

To re-print the policy, click the Print Policy Text button when viewing a layaway.

'Pay Accounts In Progress' Check
The Pay Accounts (in-bulk) routine now sets an 'In Progress' flag, so if you attempt to start either the Pay Accounts (in-bulk) or Pay Account (per-account) routine on another computer on your network, Peeps will let you know the Pay Accounts system is currently in-use and will prevent you from starting a payout until it's completed.

While no one's encountered this yet, it's something I knew could happen in a multi-user network environment and should be handled.  :)

Consignment Mall System!
We've added complete a Consignment Mall system to Peeps!  You can now manage a mall/booth/vendor setup with Peeps!  First, there's a new 'Booth Tags' Printout option within each account, on the More... tab.  This prints-out tags with the vendor's unique Account ID on it, with the letter 'B' before it.

At point of sale, you can scan this barcode or type the Bxxx code where you'd normally scan/enter items, and it automatically launches the Item-on-the-Fly screen with their account and split automatically selected.

There's a unique 'Is Booth' flag on each account too, so you can flag specific accounts as vendors/dealers with a booth.

Show How Many/Total $$$ of Sales Each Employee Entered Today @ Stats
There's a new 'Employee Stats' button!  Up at the top-right of the software, where is shows the currently-logged-in user, you can click the blue 'View My Stats' button to view how many sales have been entered, the total dollar amount of sales, average dollar amount, and more.

I saw a discussion in a Facebook group, trying to find ways to better-show employees what their productivity is and there not being a way to do so in any of the consignment software programs on the market.

So, we added it.  :)

Only Pay With Store Credit
The 'Only Pay With Store Credit' option within an account (on the More... tab), can now be utilized to prevent an account from being paid-out.

Change 'Date In' In Bulk -- i.e. 'Re-Consign' Inventory
You can now change the 'Date-In' in bulk!  Otherwise known as, 'Re-consigning'.  Katie @ Something Blue sells bridal gowns, so their consignment period will typically be much longer than inventory in a traditional consignment clothing store.  Furthermore, they might even re-consign the gown, allowing it to be 'reset' and start over like it's its first day in inventory.

While the Date-In can be changed on each item, being able to do this for a group of items means it can be done in one click.

To change the Date-In for items, head to Settings > Store > More...and click the Change Item Dates button.

Tax Trigger Amount
For states that only tax inventory if it's of a certain dollar amount or higher, there's a new Tax Trigger option on each of your Tax Specifics!

Some states -- e.g. Iowa -- don't charge sales tax (on specific types of inventory), unless the price is $100.00 or above.  The Tax Trigger setting makes this happen.

Select Shopper @ POS Slow w/ Red/Green Balance Highlight
In v2.10, the Balances column was added to the Select Shopper screen.  It was also color-coded to be green if > $0.00 and red if <= $0.00.

Melissa @ Frugality reported this was slow and when checking on her system, it was in fact slow.

The issue?  RowPostPaint vs. RowPaint.  :)  Moving this routine to the RowPaint event resolved the slow performance when coloring the datagridview.

Show Character Count on Add Employee Alert Screen
When adding a new Alert, the amount of characters you've typed (and how many you have left), now displays underneath the Message text box.

It would turn pink and prevent you from adding a Message over 250 characters, but now it also shows the remaining characters (which this text is blue, but turns red once you get within 10 characters).

This field has also been increased to allow 500 characters.

Scan Converted Barcodes from Liberty, ConsignPro, etc. Without Pressing 'z'
You can now scan tags that were converted from other consignment software programs, WITHOUT having to press 'z' before scanning!  :)

Something we've taken a lot of pride in, is for stores that converted to Peeps, they could scan their old/existing tags without having to re-tag everything.  To do so though, they had to press 'z' before scanning, to tell Peeps' Software "I'm scanning an old barcode."

That in and of itself, is pretty awesome @ being able to scan your existing tags, but it always had that *hitch* of pressing 'z' first.  Well, a new customer posed the challenge and you can now scan converted barcodes without having to press 'z' first!

For stores that have converted, head to Settings > Store > Preferences and check the 'Converted Barcodes' option.  This will make Peeps automatically lookup the converted barcode @ point of sale, status inventory, and search items.  :)

Pause/Resume Sales
You can now Pause sales!  Ever have a customer in line, but they forgot their purse or wallet in their car?  You have a line of customers, but you don't want to *lose* the items you've entered thus far.

Now you can Pause that sale.  :)  There's a new, green Pause button down by the Complete Sale button.  You'll be prompted to confirm you want to Pause this sale.  Once Paused, you'll see a confirmation that the sale was Pause *and* it'll show you that you can Resume this sale via Search Sales > Paused Sales.

On the Search Sales screen, there's a new Paused Sales button, which takes you to a list of currently-Paused sales.  From here, you can search Paused Sales, Resume, View, and Delete.

There's also an alert option (which is on by default), that reminds you of any Paused Sales, when you log-in to the software.  This setting can be disabled/enabled via Settings > Store > Preferences.

'Auto-Cents' During Add Inventory
You can now automatically set the *cents* for prices during item entry, to a value you specify.  Some stores price everything @ "$xxx.95".  Instead of having to type-in .95, you can now set your 'Auto-Cents' option under Settings > Store > Preferences.

Once set, when you're entering inventory (or updating the price of an existing item), the .00 will automatically switch to .95 (or whichever value you specify for your setting).

'Pay Through' Days Option
There's a new 'Pay Through Days' setting!  For stores that only pay for sold items through a specific date, they could manually set the date, but there wasn't an automatic setting for this.

Now, under Settings > Store > Policies, there's a new 'Pay Through Days' setting.  By default, this is set to 'Through 0 days ago', which means the Through Date on Pay Account(s) will always be set through today.  If you only pay for items sold through two weeks ago, set this to 14 and from then on, the Through date on Pay Account(s) will automatically be set to 14 days ago.

This is helpful for stores that offer refunds and don't want to payout consignors until the refund period has passed.

Ability To Credit/Debit Accounts In Bulk
You can now credit or debit accounts in bulk!  Under Settings > Store More..., there's a new Credit/Debit Accounts button.

This screen provides the following criteria, allowing you to specify which accounts to credit/debit:

• Account ID From/Through
• Account Date Added From/Through
• Account Last Item From/Through
• Only Booth/Dealer Accounts (for those running a consignment mall)

You can select from any of your custom Credit/Debit History Types.  When you select a Credit, the Amount text will change to green.  When you select a Debit, the Amount text will change to red.  :)

You can also add a Note to the history entry.

Once you click Go, first, Peeps will check to see if any accounts matching the criteria you've selected have been found.  Next, we'll prompt and confirm if you want to apply the credit/debit you've selected and we'll show you the number of accounts that are about to be adjusted.  And lastly, we'll provide one more prompt, to re-confirm you *truly* want to credit/debit accounts in bulk.  :)

We'll also check for large Amounts and if you attempt to credit/debit a large dollar amount, we'll alert you.

This automatically skips your Store account as well.  :)

You can report on these History entries via Reports > Account > Account History List.

Print a 'Return Slip' (or Other 'Status' Slip) When Statusing Items
When Statusing an item -- e.g. as Returned, Donated, etc. -- there's now a 'Print Receipt' option!  This is for when you're posting an item as Returned (or Lost, Damaged, etc.) and want to provide the consignor with a returned slip for the item.

This box is checked by default, so a receipt will printout any time you status an item, unless you un-check this box.

Option to Save Selected Tag/Label Printer On-the-Fly
There's a new 'Save' button on the Print Tags/Labels screen.  This allows you to save a new printer selection on-the-fly, if you change to a new tag printer on-the-fly.

This is the best of all worlds:

• You can save a new printer on-the-fly, without going to Settings > Printers.
• You have to click the Save button, so it prevents accidental/unwanted changes.
• You can disable this button, so employees cannot permanently change printer settings.

You'll see a green 'Saved!' confirmation when your new printer setting is saved *AND* the change will be logged.  ;)

Changes to Drop-off Receipt
The printed drop-off receipt has been enhanced in multiple ways!

• It is MUCH faster.
• You can add your store logo to it!

I felt the points when you print and it's a 'pressure situation' -- e.g. tag printing, drop-off receipt printing, and POS receipt printing -- need to be instant, fast, and done without skipping a beat.

The reporting system utilized to prepare reports, can take a few seconds before your report displays/prints -- this is annoying.  So I've moved the drop-off receipt over to the native .NET printing routine and it FLIES.

One limitation is, this will print just one page (for now).  The maximum amount of items it will print is 45 items.  While this isn't really ever an issue, it's worth mentioning.  And because of this, you can toggle whether you'd like to use the 'Fast Receipt' or the normal/original one, which takes a few seconds, but print multiple pages.

When logging-in to the software and the login form hides, then the main form displays, the login form hides itself.

At least twice, Lori @ NU2U would log-in and get to the main form, but the login form was still displayed over-top of it.

Repeat/Copy Item During Add Inventory
A new '# of Copies' feature has been added to the Add Inventory screen!  While adding an item, you can now add an additional number of copies of it.  Set the # of Copies to the number of additional items you'd like to add -- e.g. if you have 4 total items, set this to 3 to achieve three copies of the item you're adding.

You can also disable this feature via Settings > Store > Preferences, if you'd like to not use this at all or prevent employees from using this.

Ability to Void an Item While Adding Inventory
You can now void an item during the item entry process!  Sometimes, you might need to remove an item while you're in the middle of item entry -- e.g. you decided you're actually not going to take/consign the item, the consignor no longer wants to consign the item, etc.

At the bottom of the Add Inventory list, right-click the item you want to void and click 'Void...'.  You'll be prompted to confirm you truly want to void this item.  This also falls under the Access Levels security for Voiding Items, so you can block employees from doing this.

If there's only one item in the list, you won't be able to void this -- void is only available when you have one or more items in the list.

There's also a change to the Batches that ties-in with this -- Batches now exclude items marked as Voided, so the item doesn't print come-time to print tags for the Batch.  :)

'Last X Days' on View Batches Screen
The Print Batches screen now only shows the last 30 days by default.  You'll see a 'Last x Days' at the top of this screen, so you can go back further in time, but the idea is, if you're printing tag/label Batches for inventory, you're likely not doing so for items from a year ago, or even three months ago.  And since the Print Batches screen loads all batches from the beginning of time, even though its sorted by most-recent, it's still just...unnecessary.  :)

So this was a bit of future-thinking @ ensuring this screen stays nice and fast + it's a functional feature, keeping only the most-recent (last 30 days) Batches at your finger tips.

Frequent Shopper, Sales Over vs. Every Dollar Spent
*** IMPORTANT CHANGE TO FREQUENT SHOPPER PROGRAM ***

The Frequent Shopper Program has been improved!  Prior-to v2.11, points could be earned for any sale over $x.xx, as specified in the plan.  This creates a situation though, where if someone purchases over $x.xx but not by much -- e.g. $20.00 -- whereas someone else spends $2,000.00 -- the person spending $2,000.00 is sort of treated unfairly -- why didn't they earn more points?

So just a threshold alone -- i.e. any sale over $x.xx -- wasn't totally fair.  So now, you can specify 'For Every $x.xx Spent'!  This way, you can not only set a sale minimum (so only those who purchase over a specific amount are even ELIGIBLE for points earning), you can also address the situation where if someone spends $200.00 vs. $2,000.00, they each earn accordingly -- e.g. for every $10.00 spent.

If you set it to earn 1 point for every $10.00 spent and a customer spends $13.00, they'll only earn 1 point.  If they spend $18.00, they'll still only earn 1 point.  Once they spend $20, they'd earn 2 points, and so on, and so on.  Essentially, I intentionally made the points not 'round-up' and use the Math.Truncate function to ensure points are truly only earned when the dollar amount you've set has been reached.  :)

We've added faster, better ways to get to the reprinting-of a tag for items!  You'll now see/have the following quick features throughout:

• On Search Items, there's a Print Tags button.
• On Search Items, you can use CTRL + P on your keyboard to print a tag for the selected item.
• Within an account, on the Items tab, you can right-click an item and Print Tags.
• While viewing an item, you can use CTRL + P on your keyboard to print a tag for the item.

We feel these get you to your item instantly and get a tag re-printed as quickly as possible.  :)

New Tag Options!
We've added a slew of new Tag Options!  These let you HIGHLY-CUSTOMIZE your tags and labels to suit your liking!

What options have we added?

• Font -- You can now change your tag fonts!!!  Pick from a dozen standardized fonts, that let you put your own flair on your tags!
• Date Text -- Hide the date, show the date, or 'mask' it with 7 different options to prevent customers from being able to tell what the Date-in for the item was.
• Size Text -- Control what text, if any at all, will print next to your 'Size' Category Detail on a tag.  The default is 'Size:', but you can change this to none/blank, 'Sz:', etc.
• Store Nudge -- Not every store's name is the same length.  This lets you nudge your store name left/right, which means you can choose to center your store name, or even left-align your store name.
• Store Print Size -- Tying-in with the previous option, some stores have short names (e.g. NU2U), some have long names (e.g. On Second Thought).  With this and the Nudge, you can make your store name fit exactly as it should for your store.  :)
• Donate -- Choose whether or not to show the Donate check-mark on tags.
• Split ID -- Choose whether or not to show the Split ID on tags.
• Barcode -- Choese whether or not barcodes will print on tags.
• Department -- Choose whether or not the Department will print on tags -- GREAT for furniture stores who just want to display the Category!

"What's Your ZIP Code?" Prompt @ POS
I've added a new feature, requested by Worthy Girl.  There's a new 'What's Your ZIP Code?' prompt @ POS.

Sure, you can track ZIP codes by adding each customer as an account, but this isn't always neede/wanted and Worthy Girl was trying to get a good view of "Which ZIP code are people coming from?" without having to add each and every person as an account.

When enabled, starting a new sale will pop-up a 'What's Your ZIP Code?' prompt.  This is not required, so employees can just hit Enter to continue, if they don't want to fill-in the customer's ZIP code.

There's also a corresponding report for this.

You can now 'Clone' items!  Ever have an item you've already had in inventory before, but don't want to type-out all of the details for it again?  You can now right-click on the Items tab within an account and chose 'Clone Item...'

This will make an exact copy of the item, even if it's sold, making a new item with a newly-assigned Barcode ID.  The item's Date-in will be set to *today*.  Currently, Buy Outright items cannot be cloned.  :(

There's a new 'Pay From Days' setting too!  This makes it so consignors with money over X days old, won't be paid-out!  They can use it for store credit, but not be paid for it!  No maintenance to run, no 'special tasks' you have to run -- Peeps' automatically restricts 'old' money from being paid-out.  :)  THAT is software that simplifies things for stores!  ;)

Under Settings > Store > Policies, there's a new 'Pay From Days' setting.  By default, this is set to 'From 9999 days ago', which means the From Date on Pay Account(s) will always be set 'to the beginning of time'.  If you only pay consignors for items sold up to 90 days ago and then it becomes store credit, set this to 90 and from then on, the From date on Pay Account(s) will automatically be set to 90 days ago.

We had one store who was able to, on two occassions, scan a single quantity item in to POS.  Peeps' POS prevents the item from being sold twice -- we check the quantity as well, at the moment you try to complete the sale -- so there are no data integrity issues.  That it would allow the item to be scanned a second time, before it could check the list/array to see if it was already in the sale, was something I wanted to prevent completely though.

The scan item lookup routine itself, has been changed slightly, to not allow another item to be added to the list, until the routine is completed.  Furthermore, I've added a disable/enable on the scan button itself, so it's disabled until the first item is looked-up and added to the sale.

URL/Web Hooks for Specific Events -- e.g. Add Account, Add Item, Complete Sale, etc.
There's an all-new 'Web Triggers' section!  This ties-in with IFTTT (but can also tie-in with any URL), so the software can trigger alerts on your phone!

Under Settings > Store > More... there's a new 'Web Triggers' button.  There are currently three alerts that can be setup:

• When the software is opened.
• When the software is closed.
• If an employee attempts to access a restricted area in the software.

Peeps will setup IFTTT for you, it's free, and it's super-easy -- you don't have to do anything other than install the app.  :)

Show Actual 'Day Name' on Primary Sales Report
On the Primary Sales Report, we now show the actual day name for each sale (just under the time).  This makes it easier to *see*/identify when a sale happened, if you're trying to track-down an issue -- better than just the calendar date.  :)

Quick Button for 'Entered Today' (a.k.a. Drop-off Receipt)
The Drop-off Receipt is typically (and best) printed during the Add Inventory process -- i.e. it automatically prints when adding inventory.

If you didn't print it then or want to re-print it, there's now a 'Quick Print' button right on the Account Overview screen.  :)  You can still get to the 'Entered Today' printout on the More... tab under Printouts, but this makes it so you can print items entered today, in one click.  ;)

Warn If Selected Mailing Label Printer is Not a Zebra printer
When printing mailing labels, Peeps checks to see if your printer is a Zebra thermal tag/label printer.  If not, an alert will appear.  This won't prevent you from printing labls, but lets you know the mailing labels are designed to work with a Zebra printer.  :)

Speed-up Loading of Account Overview
Loading of the Account Overview screen is *much* faster now (only something stores with LARGE amounts of data saw).  It was an indexing issue -- the itemized sale table that is JOINed on the item query, didn't have an index on key columns.

Adding indexes has sped-up the loading *tremendously*.  :)

Improve Report Performance
This one has always bugged the crap out of me, because the software itself -- i.e. any of *my* code/design -- is lightning-fast.  The reports though, were really slow to prepare.  This was even worse on slower computers.

I've found and addressed the issue -- I was re-loading the entire DataSet with every report (done to ensure the most-recent data was always contained).  This led to a very 'expensive' process, adding seconds (even 10+ seconds) to report preparation.

Reports are *much* faster now, almost instant.  This also applies to check/cash payout printing.

When printing checks, larger dollar amounts -- e.g. $234.56 -- would cut-off slightly and show "$234..."  This field has been widened to accommodate larger dollar amounts.  :)

When Typing a Brand On the 'Do Not Take List', Prompt Appears While Typing
Changed the behavior of the 'Do Not Take' prompt behavior while typing during item entry.  Now, instead of the Do Not Take check happening as you type, it happens as you leave/navigate away from the field (i.e. when the field/drop-down loses focus).

Pam @ Worthy Girl had reported that while typing 'Calvin Klein', a brand 'Cabi' that was on the Do Not Take list, was causing the prompt to appear as they typed, for Cabi.  :)
