Added Shopify 'Product Tags'!  Each of your Category Details, if filled-in, will automatically create Product Tags in Shopify.

Product Tags provide an easy way for shoppers to filter inventory in your Shopify store.

Shopify Collections allow you to group-together inventory based on Product Tags as well, so you can easily cluster inventory based on Product Tags -- e.g. 36x30, Crystal, Bunk Beds, etc.

You can now customize your Shopify Product SEO!  Both the SEO Title, as well as the SEO Meta Description.

So instead of items just showing something like, "Women's DKNY Jeans" for their SEO Title, you can now have it closer to the SEO that matches your desired search results -- e.g. "Women's DKNY Jeans • Online Consignment In Florida"

'No Items To Show' Message is a Bit High-up On Systems w/ 'Large' Font -- i.e. Liberty Conversions
On the Items tab within an account, when there are no items, Peeps shows an, 'Aaaw shucks, no items to show!' message.  I noticed on systems that had their display options set to Medium/Large (i.e. stores who were on Liberty and had to do so to make the fonts readable), this notice was up a bit high.

This message should now appear properly-centered in the items list now.  :)

Option to *Not* Add A Note to an Account Each Time an Item is Statused
There's a new option on the Status Items Screen (under settings), to disable Account Notes being created each time an item is statused.

If un-checked, a Note won't be created for regular Status changes, but for Voids or when a multi-Quantity item is being reduced, the Note will still be created.  :)

Mailing List Export to .CSV for Postcards
The various Mailing List Exports (designed for exporting to email systems such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.) now have an 'Export for Physical Mail' option!

This is for stores who want to export to .CSV, but use that data for sending physical mail -- e.g. postcards -- instead of mass-emailing.  It'll include each account's address, as long as they have *something* for their Address 1 field, City, State, and ZIP.

'BOR $' Bulk On/Off Toggle
There's a new bulk update for the 'BOR $' option on accounts!  BOR $ is what allows buy outright accounts to either receive money for items that are bought, or not (e.g. for store-owned inventory).

Sometimes, this option needs to be turned-on in bulk -- e.g. if the option for new accounts was off, then you realized after adding a few accounts that it wasn't on.

To enable/disable BOR $ for all accounts, head to Settings > Store > More.

There's a new option to allow you to hide the 'detail' that prints on the stub portion of a check.

Performance Improvements @ Acccount Overview
The loading of the Account Overview screen should be much faster now, for stores with lots of data!

Each tab (e.g. Items, History, Payouts, etc.) was being loaded the moment you view the account.  For stores with lots of Items, History, etc. this would take longer.

I've moved the loading of each tab, to the moment the tab is viewed.  I still show you the 'count' on each tab though, so you can always see how many of X there are.

This has been taken into account in all areas, so not only on initial load, but when using the Previous/Next arrows as well.

Peeps2Go -- Item Entry
Peeps2Go item entry is here!  Inventory can be entered from mobile devices, such as iPhone or Android phones, as well as Amazon Kindles, Chromebooks, laptops, home computers, and more!

Inventory can be entered by vendors that have been granted access to the system, as well as inventory for your account, employee accounts, etc.

User accounts can have an Account ID assigned to them, allowing the account to log-in to the Peeps2Go mobile system.  This access can be revoked at any time, by clearing the user's Account ID from their login info.

Peeps2Go Mobile Server is here!  I've built our own system to handle all of the back-end mobile access, via web or smartphone.

Peeps2Go is a piece of software that runs on your server computer at your store and provides mobile access to Peeps' Software.  You can access this from any Android or iPhone device, or computer with Internet access.

Phase 1 -- Access the same stats you get in the 'Daily Email Summary', but in real-time, any time, instantly.  :)

Ability to Assign Per-Account Fees -- e.g. for Booth Rentals
You can now set a custom, per-account 'Fee Amount' within accounts!  On the 'More' tab within each account, there's a new Fee field.

To tie in with this, on the Bulk Account Debit screen, there's a new 'Use Account Fee' checkbox.  If checked and if an account has a custom Fee Amount set, Peeps will use their custom fee when debiting their account.  If no Fee Amount has been specified within their account, the amount specified during the Bulk Account Debit routine will be utilized.  :)

This is handy not only for consignment malls -- e.g. if you've negotiated a custom booth/space rental fee (or offer different rentals based on size of the booth/space) -- but also for consignment in general -- e.g. if you have certain VIP accounts who might have a lower fee vs. what you charge to a standard consignment account.

There are also some built-in protections for this:

• There's an Access Level tied to this, so you can prevent certain employees from changing/setting the Fee Amount.
• Peeps' Software automatically checks to see if you've entered a really large dollar amount (i.e. anything over $99) and confirms if you're sure you want to see their Fee Amount as such.
• Booth/Dealer accounts can't change their own Fee Amount.

Search Accounts -- Hitting Enter Not Opening Account
On the Search Accounts screen, the keyboard behavior I designed makes it so when you search for an account, once the list has been narrowed, you can use the 'Down Arrow' on the keyboard to arrow-down through the matches and then hit Enter on the one you want to open.

When there's only one match though -- i.e. an exact match -- it makes a bit more sense to just hit 'Enter' vs. having to hit the 'Down Arrow' first.

So now when searching accounts, if there's only one match in the list, hitting Enter takes you straight into the account.  Otherwise, the 'Down Arrow' brings you into the list to select which account you wish to open.

Option for Cost Column in Search Inventory
You can now choose to show/hide the 'Cost' column on the Search Inventory screen!  There's a new 'Settings' icon at the top-right of the Search Inventory screen to control this.  The 'Cost' column is hidden by default, but can be made visible by clicking the Settings icon.

The Search Inventory screen just needs to be closed/re-opened in order for this change to take effect.

This is a per-workstation setting!

Multi-Qty. Item, Duplicate Expired History
While fixing Bug ID 1969 and doing follow-up testing, I noticed that if you had a multi-quantity item, which had Expired, BUT you had the prompt to ask if the account should still get their Split or not, AND you said Yes to one, but No to the next (a really odd situation that would likely never happen!), it would duplicate the account History entries.

This has been fixed in-line with Bug ID 1969.

Duplicate History Entries If Expired Item Is Scanned, Removed, Scanned Again, Removed Again, etc.
If an item was scanned-in to POS AND was an item that Expired AND the prompt to give the account their money anyway was enabled (or set to always give them their money) AND the item was removed from the sale, the item's Barcode ID remained in the list/array of 'items to still give credit to, even though they Expired'.

Thus, for each time you scanned-in the item, then removed it, it would give that many History entries/Splits to the consignor -- e.g. if you scanned-in the item, removed it, scanned it, removed it, etc. fives times, then the consignor would get five History entries/Splits for it.

If the sale was Cancelled, this wouldn't happen, as it cleared that list/array.

You can now create full-sheet signs for your Consignment Mall vendors!  Include things such as their logo, bio, website, Business Name, etc.

Check to See if Selected History Entries Have Already Been Paid During Pay Account(s)
I recognized a scenario where a store that has multiple computers, could potentially get into a pickle if they opened the Pay Account screen on one computer, walked away, then went to another computer and brought up the same Pay Account screen -- they could pay the account at the current station, then walk back to the first station and pay them again.

While it's yet to come up, it's a scenario I wanted to avoid.  :)

Now, the moment you click 'Pay' (whether it's 'Just Pay Now' or 'Print & Pay Now'), I instantly check to see if the selected History entries have already been paid and if so, alert that they're no longer eligable to be paid-out.

On the 'bulk' Pay Accounts screen, I put the system into a 'payouts are in progress' mode, to try and prevent payouts from being cut while the bulk payout routine is in-use, but this helps tighten things up and prevent this scenario in a multi-computer store.  :)

Changes To BluePay Store Credit Signature Capture 'Flow'
Documenting a change as to *when* the signature capture comes up during a sale where Store Credit is being used as a payment.

Previously, this happened after the database transaction was completed, but before the Change Due screen appeared.

Now, this happens *after* the Change Due screen appears and receipt prints.

There's also an on-screen notification to 'Ask the customer to sign the PIN Pad', since those not using Peeps' Signature Pads don't have a 'visual cue' as to when they should sign.  This prompt can be disabled though, via Settings > Point of Sale > Credit Cards.

Tax for Coupons (Store Issued vs. Manufacturer)
POS Coupons can now be assigned a Tax!  In many cases, when a consignment or resale store is accepting a Coupon, it's a 'store-issued' coupon -- this means, when the Coupon is applied, it needs to follow Tax rules just like a taxable inventory item.  The *only coupons that are *technically* not supposed to follow Tax rules, are manufacturer-issued coupons, which do *not* reduce the amount of sales tax owed.

Under Settings > POS Settings > Coupons, you can now set the Tax a POS Coupon should use.  To set the Tax, click Edit (or double-click the POS Coupon).

Also, on the Primary Sales Report, since you can now have negative tax amounts, the itemized Tax detail line now shows in bright red if the amount is less than $0.00 (helpful when auditing sales).  If the entire Tax Total is below $0.00, it also shows in bright red too.

The nice thing about Peeps' Software is, each POS Coupon can be assigned its own tax!  This, as opposed to all coupons either being taxable or not -- e.g. you might have some store-issued coupons, which need to follow tax rules, as well as manufacturer-issued coupons, which do not need to follow tax rules.

There are some built-in safety catches on this too:

You're Able to Enter an Incomplete Phone # on Add Account/Account Overview!
When on the Add Account screens (both the main one, as well as @ POS), even though the Phone # field is a 'masked' field that only accepts phone #s, it would validate and let you save the account with an incomplete Phone #.  It would validate if it was blank and halt, but if you only entered a few digits, it let you continue.

Now, I validate this field to make sure it's actually a complete Phone #.  :)  While no one had reported this yet, it's something worth tightening-up.  ;)

Gift Card Amount -- Can't Be Less than $0.00
I noticed @ POS, you could actually enter a negative Gift Card dollar amount.  It wouldn't let you complete the sale, but I think it's best to not even allow it to get in the sale in the first place.  :)

So now, if you try to type a Gift Card dollar amount that's less than $0.00, you'll be prompted and won't be allowed to proceed.

When Using Deep Search, If Numbers Are Entered, Auto-hint to Un-Check Deep Search
When using the 'Deep Search' setting on the Search Inventory screen, if numbers are entered (e.g. sizes), a hint/balloon appears to let you know we recommend un-checking the Deep Search checkbox.

This is because the Deep Search is using a special search algorithm (i.e. Fulltext Search) that allows you to use a 'natural language' search -- i.e. you can search for words in any order and Peeps will find matches.  Because of the unique way this search works, numbers cannot be searched.

'Available Disk Space' Doesn't Always Display in GB Format
I re-did the Function that calculates and displays disk space on the Settings tab, which resolves the issue with size (in GB) not always displaying properly.  :)

I also made it so the alert if/when your disk space is below 10 GB, isn't a pop-up and instead, changes the text to red and shows LOW SPACE ALERT!!! next to it.

Option to Disable Pop-Up Notifications During Add Inventory
You can now disable the pop-up prompts on the Add Inventory screen!  e.g.  For Price, Cost, etc.

To disable pop-up prompts, click the Settings icon at the top of the Add Inventory screen and un-check the 'Prompt On Required Fields' option.

If you leave a required field blank, it'll still focus your cursor to the field and turn red, but it won't pop-up the disruptive prompt.

I added this for a few reasons:

• When adding inventory, it can 'break your rhythm' as you're typing, so this 'feels' better.
• For stores processing Buy Outright inventory, some reported not being able to type the Cost if it was left blank, due to the pop-up.

So hopefully this flows a bit better and tightens-up the Add Inventory process.  :)

Minimum/Guaranteed Net To Consignor
There's a new 'Minimum Net' feature on items!  This provides a way to tell a consignor, you "Guarantee they'll get at least $x.xx if their item sells."

If the Split they'd get under normal conditions is greater than this amount, they'll still get that Split, but if/when their Split would fall below the Minimum Net (e.g. due to a sale, markdown, price change, etc.), this guarantees they'll get that amount.

I've also built-in a few safety catches, to help prevent issues @ "Why did the consignor get X when their Split should've been Y?"  :)

• The Minimum Net can only be set once you click the 'Change' button next to it (to prevent errant/accidental amounts being entered).
• The text will be bright red, if a Minimum Net is in-play.
• If the Minimum Net is greater than (or equal to the Price), Peeps will prompt to alert you.
• There's an Access Level tied to this, to prevent unauthorized changes.

Track 'Types' of Till Adjustments -- e.g. Opening, Closing, etc.
When adjusting the Till, you can now choose whether it's an Opening, Closing, or Adjustment!  This allows stores to track their till amounts when opening for the day, making an adjustment during the day (e.g. removing cash to take it to the bank for deposit), or when closing at the end of the day.

You'll see the 'Type' of Till entry when viewing the Till History, when printing the Till History, and when printing the Till History Detail.  Also, each time the Till is adjusted, if you have your station set to automatically print a receipt each time, the Type of Till entry will show at the top of the receipt -- e.g. TILL OPEN, TILL CLOSE, TILL ADJUST.

POS Payment Totals -- Red X After Running the First Time
The POS Payment Totals no longer displays a 'Red X' after being ran once!  Introduced in v2.13, with the new end-of-day options @ printing to receipt vs. normal printer, if you view the POS Payment Totals report once, it would view just fine, but subsequent views of this report (and other reports), would lead to a 'Red X'.  Closing the program and re-opening it would workaround this issue.

This was caused by disposing of the report 'object'.

Ability to Track # of Bills/Change in Cash Drawer
You can now track your bill/coin counts for your cash drawer!  The Till screen now provides counts for each bill and coin type.

There's also a new option on this screen, to 'Start In' the coin count fields.  This way, for stores utilizing this feature, their cursor is immediately in the $1 bill field and they can start typing, hit Enter, type, hit Enter, etc.  So it flows easily @ data entry.  :)

Every Till adjustment is tracked as well, so each bill/coin count is stored for history.

There's a new 'Donation Slip' Printout option for accounts!  This provides a printout of Available inventory (with the ability to set the Date-In From/Through), with no prices -- instead, there's a $________ line where the consignor/account-holder can fill-in their own prices (so they can hand this in for tax purposes).  There's also a $________ line on the last page, for 'Total Price'.

This is different than the 'Donated' Printout, which prints a list of items you have Statused as 'Donated' (e.g. after being in your store for months, you pulled the inventory and the store donated it to charity).

Quick Print for Items -- If None Today, Check for Yesterday and Yes/No Print Prompt
For the one-click 'Print Items for Today' button in an account, instead of it just checking for items entered today and saying there are none (if there are none), I thought it would be handy to then check and see if there are any items from *yesterday* too!

So now it'll check for items today, print them if there are any, but if there aren't, it'll check yesterday's items and let you know it didn't find any for today, but found some from yesterday and would you like to print them.  :)

Print Batches Won't Show 'Future Date' Items
I noticed that for stores who were 'future dating' items -- i.e. receiving items *today*, but they're not going out on the floor for few more weeks -- these Batches wouldn't be available on the Print Batches screen.  This is because it's using the 'Date Added' date set and since that screen shows 'For the Last X Days', a date in the future wouldn't appear.

Instead, this screen now uses the items' 'Real Date'.

Thus, even if you future-date items, they'll still be available on the Print Batches screen.

I've added a new and what I think is a helpful 'stat' to the Split Stats section on the Splits & Terms screen -- i.e. the date of the 'Last Item' and the date of the 'Last Sale' for the Split you're currently viewing.

I figured, when looking at a Split and trying to determine if it's one you still want to use, if it's worth keeping Active, etc., it'd be helpful to know the last time you entered an item with this Split as well as the last time an item sold using this Split.  Combined with the other stats on the same screen -- i.e. Total Accounts and Total Items -- you can get a clearer picture of whether the selected Split is worth keeping around, or maybe needs to be adjusted @ Markdowns, Fees, etc.

Allow Vendors/Dealers/Booths to Enter Their Own Items
Stores that are in a consignment mall setup -- i.e. with Vendors/Dealers, Booths, etc. -- can now have Vendors/Dealers enter their own items!

Each Vendor can be provided their own, unique login to the software.  There's a new setting on their account showing 'Is Booth/Dealer' -- checking this applies a unique security, which blocks them from accessing all of the software *except* their own account.  :)  You can specify their unique invenory Account ID here as well.

When a Vendor/Dealer logs-in, they won't see any portion of the software other than the Accounts tab and when they click Search Accounts, they'll see only their account.  The core areas within their account -- e.g. Pay Account, Credit/Debit Account, etc. -- are also blocked.

You can now choose to see the 'Total Cost' (and a Cost column) on the Add Inventory screen!  To see your Total Cost for the current Batch, along with a Cost column, click the Settings icon at the top of the Add Inventory screen -- there's a new 'Hide Total Cost' option, which is checked by default.  Un-check this and you'll see Total Cost + a Cost column appear.  :)

It's also recommended to click the 'Hide Store Fee' option, since most Buy Outright stores won't have a Store Fee added to individual items/buys.

Automatic Cost/Buy Percentage Per-Brand
There's a new 'Auto-Cost' feature for Buy Outright inventory!  When entering Buy Outright inventory, as you type the Price, the Cost will automatically fill with the Avg. Cost of the item.  This Cost will be based on the Category & Brand (if selected).

To enable 'Auto-Cost', while on the Add Inventory screen, click the Settings icon at the top and tick the box fo 'Auto-Cost'.  You can also choose whether to automatically round the Cost up or down.

You can now cut a payout for a buy during the Add Inventory process!  For Buy Outright stores, entering the inventory -> printing tags -> cutting the payout is a natural *flow*.  To better-suit this, there's a new option that takes you straight into the Pay Account routine, as soon as you're finished entering inventory.  :)

To enable this, on the Add Inventory screen, click the Settings icon at the top and tick the box for the new 'Pay Account After Inventory Processing' setting.

Once enabled, after you finish entering inventory and the Add Inventory screen closes, it'll immediately take you to the account's Pay Account screen so you can cut their payout.

Core Dollar Amounts/Totals for Taxes, Accounting, etc.
I 'soft' released Core Totals in the v2.13 update, but it's officially here for v2.14!  The Core Totals report, is a response to an issue I've seen for years -- i.e. stores have to run multiple reports to see their core numbers.

The Core Totals report is a simplified collection of the core numbers most stores want to see, including:

• Total Sales
• Total Taxable/Non-Taxable
• Total COGS/Earned
• Total Paid-out
• Total Payout Fees collected
• Total Store Fees collected

The goal being, with this one report, you or your accountant should be able to get a simple summary of the core numbers you need.

This report is also designed so it can be instantly viewed, printed to the receipt printer, or printed to your full reports printer.

Option to Delete Wish from Within An Account
You can now delete Wishes from within an account!  On the Wishes tab within an account, you can now right-click a Wish and delete.

You'll be prompted twice to make sure you *really* want to remove the Wish.  :)  Peeps also automatically adds a Note to the account outlining which user deleted the Wish and what the Wish was for.  ;)

Stretch Store Credit @ POS
There's a new 'Store Credit Stretch' feature!!!  Stores have asked for a way to "Give the account more IF they use Store Credit vs. taking a Cash/Check Payout." -- enter, the Store Credit Stretch.  :)

You'll find this setting under Settings > Point of Sale > Payments.  You can set a percentage between 0% and 99%.

What this does, is makes it so if/when an account uses their Store Credit @ Point of Sale, it 'stretches' their store credit by the percentage you've entered here.

For a 10% stretch example, if a sale total is $10.00 and they're going to pay with Store Credit, instead of $10.00 being taken out of their account, they'll only use $9.00 of their store credit and the additional $1.00 will be inserted as a payment named 'Credit Stretch'.

You're able to report on this new Payment under Reports > Sales > Payment List as well, so you can see how many 'stretch' dollars you've given out.  Also, when you view the History tab within an account, if their Store Credit Payment was stretched @ POS, you'll also see a Note added to it showing how much it was stretched by.  :)

In summary, you're able to tell accountholders, "You'll earn 10% more if you take Store Credit over a Cash/Check Payout!"  :)

Add This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month to 'Show Accounts Added'
In addition to 'Today' and 'Yesterday', the 'Recently Added' accounts screen now has additional selections for:

• This Week
• Last Week
• This Month
• Last Month

I figured having these quick selections, might come in handy when you're trying to quickly identify/troubleshoot something -- e.g. "She said she first consigned last week."

Each of these selections is limited to a maximum number of selections -- This Week and Last Week are limited to 50, This Month and Last Month are limited to 100, and Today and Yesterday are limited to 20 (previously limited to 15).

Clone/Copy Item During Batch on Add Inventory Screen
You can now Clone items while entering inventory!

On the Add Inventory screen, a new 'Clone Item' option has been added to the right-click menu.  This allows you to quickly repeat/copy an item that you've already entered.  :)

There is a built-in safety catch here, to prevent you from making too many copies -- there's a hard limit of up to 20 copies.

Access to Printer Settings from Print Tags/Labels Screen
I've added a Settings icon to the top-right of the Print Tags/Labels screen.  I always intentionally kept it off of here, but still allowed the current printer to be saved (if the employee had access to do so), as to prevent unwanted changes.

Sometimes though -- e.g. when setting-up new tags/labels, testing the Date Mask options, etc. -- it's necessary to go back and forth between printing and settings.

Since this screen has an Access Level tied to it already, any employees who try to access it, will be stopped.

So hopefully this makes it easy/quick to go back and forth when trying to print + test the various tag options Peeps provides!  :)

1-Across Portrait (Wide), Long Brand Names Wrap and Overlap Size
Really long Brand names on the 1-Across Portrait Wide (and 1-Across Markdown Wide) would 'wrap' and step-on the next line (i.e. Size) below them.

Now, long Brand names on these two tags, will auto-ellipsis (i.e. add a ... to the end of them) if they're longer than 21 characters.  :)

Add Landscape Booth Tag/Label
For consignment malls, antique malls, art malls, etc. there's a new Booth Tag format!!!  Within an account, you'll now see a new selection for 'Booth Tags (Landscape)' under the account Printouts.

This fits the extremely-common, extremely inexpensive landscape labels and landscape tags available from both Forms Plus, as well as Amazon.

I wanted to have a tag/label that was compatible with an open/freely-available tag style, so the 'proprietary' tags out there weren't the only choice.  :)

Add a QuickBooks IIF Viewer, So the Text File Can Be Viewed in Peeps
QuickBooks .IIF files can now be viewed directly within Peeps!  I noticed over the years, various stores wanted to view a specific .IIF file, to see the contents, dates, etc.  Depending on the computer's configuration or if it had QuickBooks on it or not, you either couldn't open the file (unless you knew to right-click > Open With > Notepad), or a variety of behaviors would ensue -- e.g. Windows would prompt as to which program to open it with, which could inadvertently lead to assigning it to a program that can't open the file.

So I figured, having a 'viewer' within the software, would be helpful + prevent issues.  :)

So now on the QuickBooks export screen, you'll see a new 'View QuickBooks Files' button that shows a list of your .IIF files -- you can double-click any of them to view the contents.

Require X% Down When Creating Layaways
You can now set a minimum deposit for Layaways!  If you want to require customers put down at least a certain amount, head to Settings > Point of Sale > More -- there's a new Layaway Deposit setting.

If set to an amount greater than 0, when trying to create a Layaway, Peeps will check to see if the payments made, add up to at least the required deposit percentage.  If not, you'll be prompted that Layaways require at least X% down.

The prompt will also show you what the minimum payment would be, as well as the difference due between what they've paid thus far and the minimum payment (so you can quickly and easily tell them, "It looks like you'll need another $x.xx to start the Layaway!"  :)

Employee Alerts Management Console
There's a new 'Alerts Management' console!  This lets you manage the following:

• View a list of Alerts
• Edit Alerts -- both the Message as well as Start Date
• Add/remove users to/from Alerts
• Reset the 'Seen' flag for Alerts
• See who's Seen an Alert
• Delete an Alert completely

With the above, you can add users to an Alert if you forgot to add a specific user, remove a user, update the Message, change the Start Date, etc.  This also means you can 're-use' or 're-trigger' an Alert vs. creating a new Alert.

To access the Alerts Management console, click the orange 'Alerts' icon at the top-right of Peeps and you'll see a new icon for managing alerts.  :)

I've built a custom screen that appears if one of your workstations is ever unable to connect to your server!

While I think we already had the most-informative and helpful screen (e.g. 'Make sure X computer is powered-on, able to connect to your network, etc.) *AND* while this essentially never happens, I still thought I could go one step further and make a screen with graphics, etc. -- because, why not.  :)

There's a new option to hide the 'Online' tab on the View Item screen!  Now both/either the 'Images' tab and the 'Online' tab can be hidden -- e.g. maybe you do add images to your items for in-store tracking/verification, but don't upload to your online shopping cart.

Store Fees Based On Percentage vs. Flat Dollar Amount
You can now do Store Fees for inventory based on a percentage!  This is something that's been in Bugby for a bit (added on 4/24/2018) and something I planned on adding, but it's not an option tons of stores look for, so it's been one of those, "I'll add it, but there's other stuff to add!"  :)

Well, after Doris @ Attic Fanatic mentioned she wanted to try Store Fees based on a percentage, that kicked me in the butt to add it.  :)

So now when adding a Store Fee to your Splits & Terms, you have the option of selecting $ or %.

What makes Peeps' Store Fees special is, you can do a mix of both dollar amount fees *and* percentage fees on the same Split!  So you could have a Fee of $0.00 (i.e. no fee) for items between $0.00 and $100.00, then a Fee of $2.50 for items between $100.01 and $500.00, then a fee of 10% for items between $500.00 and $999,999.99!  Or all percentages, all dollar amounts, etc.

AND since you can assign unique Splits & Terms to Categories (e.g. Furniture > Sofas vs. Home Goods > Vases), you can have extremely-focused Fees based on the size/logistics of items (i.e. sofas are a bigger pain to manage than smaller vases).

Gift Card Reload/Refill
Gift Cards (or Gift Certificates) can now be re-filled!  Where previously, if you tried to sell a Gift Card # and it already existed, you'd be prompted and halted, now you are able to keep re-filling the same Gift Card #!

When you sell a Gift Card and the number has already been used, you'll be notified that it's being 'Renewed' and the sale will complete as usual.

On the Gift Card History report, you'll be able to distinguish between when it was created (Issued) vs. when it's re-filled (Renewed).

Email QuickBooks File
You can now email your QuickBooks export file to your accountant (or yourself)!

On the QuickBooks Export screen, you'll see a new 'Email QuickBooks File' button.  Clicking this brings up a nicely-formatted list of your QuickBooks .IIF files.  There's a field to specify the Email Address you'd like to send the selected file to as well.  This email is automatically saved for future-use too, so you don't have to keep re-entering it.  :)

Peeps' also BCCs you a copy of the email (if you're emailing it to someone other than your store email address), just for safe keeping.

*** MailChimp integration is here!!!  ***

You can now automatically upload new accounts to MailChimp!  You'll see a little 'MailChimp' icon on the Add Account screen (both the main one, as well as @ POS).  If checked and if the new account has a valid email address, you'll see them automatically uploaded to MailChimp!

Also, within any account, you'll now see a MailChimp icon next to their email address -- you can click this to upload them after their account has been created (e.g. if you forgot to do so, if your MailChimp settings weren't setup yet, etc.).

For stores on Peeps' Support, we'll plug-in your MailChimp settings for you!

All email history for an account is now stored in the database and can be viewed on the 'Emails' tab within their account!

Whether it's the Welcome Email, your Consignor/Account Contract, or even a POS Sales Receipt, the email is tracked.  :)

Tag/Label Printer Per Category
It's here!!!  You can now specify unique printers on a per-Category basis!!!  This facilitates being able to process/print a Batch of items that contains a mix of clothing, jewelry, etc., and not have to worry about printing one type of item first, then another type of item after.

To specify a unique Tag/Label to use on a Category, head to Settings > Inventory.  You can now right-click any Category and you'll see a new option named 'Printer Selection...'  You can select the specific Tag/Label you want to use for this Category.  You can also clear a printer you've specified.  Any Categories that have a unique Tag/Label set on them, will show a little printer icon below them, so you can identify any Categories with a unique printer.  And lastly, when you go to set the Tag/Label and hit Save, Peeps will ask you if you'd like to use this for *all* Categories under that Department.  :)

I think what makes ours special is, instead of just being able to use one style for Jewelry and another style for Clothing, you're able to specify the Tag/Label you want to use on *each* individual Category.  e.g.  You might only want to use the 'Butterfly' labels for rings, but want to use the 'Jewelry Wide' labels for necklaces, and Mini or Tiny labels for earrings.  Then 'Landscape' tags for clothing, 'Furniture' tags (or full-sheet signs) for larger furniture items.

Re-send Welcome Email Feature
You can now re-send the Welcome Email!  The Welcome Email that automatically sends when a new account is added, can now be re-sent within an account.  Click the 'Send Email' button and you'll see a new 'Welcome Email' button at the lower-left.

This is handy if the consignor says they deleted it or just need it again.  :)

This is also logged to the account's email history, so you can see each time it was sent!

Play/Practice Mode
There's an all-new 'Play Mode' for Peeps!  This allows you to toggle out of your real data, over to Play Mode so you can practice, train employees, etc.

On the Settings tab, there's a new 'Play' button on the Database screen.  Once clicked, you'll be prompted to confirm you want to switch to Play Mode.

Each time you open Peeps, you'll be reminded you're in Play Mode and the main application bar at the top of the screen, will be bright orange.  :)
