X-Charge Object Reference Error on Swiped, PIN Entry Debit
The issue was caused by two elements coming back, rather, not coming back, when the transaction is a Debit Purchase, PIN entered -- 1) <ACCOUNTTYPE> will be Nothing and 2) <EXPIRATION> will be Nothing.
All elements coming back were already checked for IsNot Nothing, but these elements needed to be further checked for existence.
This routine has now been made MUCH more resilient if ANY element is not present in the response from X-Charge!

Auto Resize Images Added Via Peeps2Go
Peeps2Go now automatically resizes your pics while you take them! Since images coming in from smart phones can be really large -- e.g. 3000px or more -- resizing these helps save disk space.
The auto-sizing can be adjusted for more or less resizing, or it can be disabled altogether.

Auto-Flag for Web Inventory, If Pics Are Added Via Peeps2Go
I've added a handy new feature! When taking pics for items via Peeps2Go, now the item will automatically be flagged to 'Sell Online'. This way, if you're walking around your store snapping pics of inventory, if an item wasn't originally set as Web Inventory (the little globe icon on each item), adding a pic automatically does this for you!
Thus, the items will automatically upload to Shopify without you having to worry, "Hmm, did I ever set this item as Web Inventory?"
Especially great if you see an item and think, "Hey, this needs to be in the online store!" -- snap a pic with Peeps2Go and it'll sync-up in the background!
This can be turned off for stores who don't sell on Shopify, but still snap pics of their inventory for verification purposes.

Peeps2Go 'Stats' Performance Improvements!
The Stats page in Peeps2Go, which loads all of the dail totals, as well as charts for the week + item sales history, was a bit slow (and sometimes REALLY slow for very large stores) to load.
This was happening because all of those totals + the charts were being fetched in the log-in/authorization event, which would lead to a long wait when you'd log-in or refresh totals.
The fetching of these stats has been moved out of the log-in/authorization event, so they can load asynchronously. This results in an *instant* login, no wait.
In addition, these totals have been moved to a separate thread, which auto-fetches these totals every 10 minutes, further improving the user experience.

Reolink Security Camera Integration!
I am proud to announce...SECURITY CAMERA INTEGRATION!!!
I've seen so many store owners over the years, try to track down issues that happened either during a sale @ POS, or when a check/payout was cut. Whether it was someone using someone else's login, or a customer saying something else happened, if they had security camera footage of the moment, it would've resolved the issue instantly.
Introducing -- Peeps' Reolink Integration! For stores looking to have 24x7 recording on hard-wired cameras, Reolink's systems are the absolute best. The ease of use, the features of their NVR @ push notifications, email alerts, camera down notifications, and their fantastic mobile apps + desktop software, if you're needing hard-wired cameras that record 24x7, a Reolink system is it.
There's a new setting that ties-in with this under Settings > Store > More. When you click the Security Cameras button, you can choose two events to take a snap-shot during -- when doing a payout, or when ringing-up a sale @ POS. You can assign any of your cameras to each event too, so if your payouts are typically done at one station and sales at another, you can have a different camera for each. And you can do this on all of your workstations too! So you can have each station using its unique set of cameras, based on where it's located in the store. :)

Blank Spaces Can Be Entered In Email Addresses
Fixed! Blank spaces are now automatically removed when adding accounts (either from the main Add Account screen or the Add Account @ POS screen), as well as when updating an account. :)
Peeps automatically checked for a 'valid' email format -- i.e. some text, then an @ symbol, then something, then DOT, then something, but it allowed blanks through. :)

There's an all-new Cost on Tags feature! This lets buy outright stores see the cost of an item on a tag, but in a 'masked' format so customers can't easily distinguish the cost.
This is *highly customizable* too! You can choose which characters to 'pad' the cost with, how many characters, and on which 'side' of the cost.
For example, if you have an item that's cost to you was $65.25, you could make it look like any of the following:
• 000006525
• 652500000
• 006525
• 652500
• 111116525
• 888886525
And so on!
This is also 'intelligent' for stores who do a mix of buy outright and consignment. For items that are Buy Outright in Peeps, if Cost on Tags is enabled, it will automatically hide the 'Split ID' and the Donate check-mark -- since neither of these apply to true buy outright items. For items that are consigned though, if you do have your Split ID on and Donate check-mark on, these will print on the tag!
To configure your Cost Settings, head to Settings > Printers > Tag Options and click the Cost button. You can even Preview your custom Cost design, so you can see what it will look like before printing!
The Cost has been added to the following tags:

• 1-Across Portrait Wide & Markdown

Peeps2Go has a few new UI updates to make taking pics for items even easier!
#1 -- The 'Add Pics' button is now a bright orange color -- stands-out more amongst the blue buttons on the home screen for other tasks.
#2 -- The list of Web Inventory and Recent Items, now lets you tap *either* the Barcode ID, OR the Item Description to add a pic to the item.
#3 -- The item screen you're adding pics to, shows the Barcode ID and Description in bold (easier to see on phone screens).
#4 -- The item screen you're adding pics to, now shows the # of pics at the top!
All these, I think make it even easier @ user-experience, to quickly 'look down at your phone' and navigate the Peeps2Go pics system!

LoyalShops Shopify Image 'Hook' To Hide Items Without Pics
There's a new feature that helps facilitate Loyal Shops' 'Reply Sold' for Facebook Lives! For stores who are using the 'Reply Sold Barcode ID xxxx' in Facebook Lives, they might not have taken pics of those items in Peeps yet.
So tying-in with the option to require images or not, you can now have items automatically upload in the background, even if they don't have an image!
These items will be flagged with a special [NP] mark, so they can be hidden in your Shopify Collections (so your online store isn't full of items without images), but still be called via Loyal Shops' Reply Sold feature on Facebook!
To automatically hide all items with no images from all Shopify Collections, create a Collection named 'All' and set a Condition for 'Product title does not contain [NP]'.

Points Earned Doesn't Clear On Receipts After Each Print
Resolved the issue with Points printing on the bottom of the next customer's receipt, only if the next customer had *not* earned points (variable holding the amount to print wasn't getting cleared/reset after printing).

Peeps2Go -- Automatically Go Back to Item When Adding Pics
When adding pics via Peeps2Go, it now automatically takes you right back to the Add Pic for the item page!
This saves you from having to tap Web Inventory, tap the item again, etc. -- MUCH quicker when snapping multiple pics!
So you can just keep taking pics for the item and it'll automatically take you back, until you hit 10 pics (the limit), at which point it will take you back to the Add Pics page. :)

Rearrange Item Images by Dragging and Dropping!
You can now drag and drop images on an item, to rearrange them! By default, the images remain 'locked' in place, as to prevent accidental changes. Just click the 'Rearrange Images' box to unlock the images and you can now drag and drop them to re-position them!
The background of the image tiles will show in light red, so you know you're in a 'rearrange mode'. :)

There's a new Access Level to block employees/those without access, from removing images from an item!

Clear Images, Reset Image Grid
Fixed! When clearing all images from an item, the image grid properly resets so new images can be added without having to close the View Item screen.

X-Charge 'American Express' vs. 'Amex' on POS Payment Totals
I found that on some responses from X-Charge, 'American Express' vs. 'Amex' can come back as the card type, so on the POS Payment Totals, they'd show under Other.
Adjusted this report so it can handle both variants of the card type!

Remember Full-screen (Maximized) or Normal (Restored) Window State for Searches
On the core Search screens:
• Search Accounts
• Search Inventory
• Search Web Inventory
• Search Retail Inventory
• Select Shopper
I've made it so instead of being maximized (i.e. full-screen) by default, they're now opening in a 'restored' (i.e. smaller) window.
They will also remember your last setting, so if you maximize the window, it'll open like that from here on out. If you prefer it to be smaller/restored, it'll remember that too. :)

Auto-Launch Select Shopper if Store Credit Button is Clicked
Now, when clicking the Store Credit button @ POS, if a customer isn't selected, it'll launch the Select Shopper screen vs. just prompting you to do so. :)
You can disable this if you'd like though via Settings > Point of Sale > More.
I felt this 'flowed' better when clicking the Store Credit button and got you straight into the account selection screen in one swoop. :)

Quick Quote -- Average Cost for Offer Amount
There's a new feature for buy outright stores! On the Quick Quote/offer screen, you can now get the Average Cost/Buy for the item Description you've entered! This is very handy for quickly seeing what the average cost has been, so you can make a well-informed offer.
To fetch the Average Cost/Buy, either click the 'Avg.' button above the Offer field, or when in the Offer field, press F11.
This will pop-up to show you the Average Cost/Buy, but you can also set it to auto-fill by clicking the Settings icon. :)

Shopify Option to Only Show Category for Items
There's a new 'Use Short Product Title' option for Shopify items! If checked, only the Category name will appear as the Shopify product Name/Title. If un-checked, the Department > Category > Details will be used as the Name/Title.

Web Description for Shopify Items
There's a new 'Web Description' field, for more-verbose descriptions on items going up to Shopify!
On the 'Online' tab of an item, you'll see a new 'Web Description' field. This allows up to 255 characters, above and beyond your Department, Category, Category Details, *and* the item Note!

Select Account @ POS, Leave Sale Open, Go to Another Station, Deduct Money, Can Still Use Credit
Now when using Store Credit @ POS, instead of it checking at the moment you select the account, it also checks their balance again at the moment you click the Store Credit payment button.
This way, if when you brought up their account and then minutes passed, during which their account was debited on another station, Peeps will automatically re-verify their available balance and if it's less than what it was when starting the sale, you'll be alerted + their available balance will auto-refresh!

Payout From/Through Date Warning
There's a new pop-up warning, to alert you if your From/Through Dates for paying accounts is not paying an account for *all* History.
This is to alert you that if set, you could be potentially cutting-off amounts and bringing the account into the negative.
e.g. If the account had a ($5.00) debit yesterday and a $10.00 credit today, they're owed a total of $5.00. If you're only paying them for things From today though, you're cutting them a check for $10.00, thus, their account is in the hole ($5.00).
You can disable this warning by clicking the Settings icon on the Pay Account screen.

Auto-Resize Receipt Logo + Custom Sizing/Scaling Options
The store logo on sales receipts can now be re-sized! It automatically scales/resizes large images, so you no longer have to worry about manually re-sizing large images files before setting your logo.
The re-size -- a.k.a. Shrink Logo -- feature lets you increase/decrease the size of your logo, so you can get it to the exact size you'd like!
Head to Settings > Point of Sale > Advanced to adjust the Shrink amount for your logo!

X-Charge -- Turn-off Debit/Credit Prompt Completely
The X-Charge 'Credit or Debit?' prompt can now be completely disabled! The options are now to either prompt the customer on the PIN Pad (which shows the user a corresponding screen so they can even choose it for the customer), or to completely turn it off altogether.
To control this, head to Settings > Point of Sale > Credit Cards.

Introducing Peeps' Texter!!! With Peeps' Texter, you can send bulk text messages to accounts, even if you don't know their cell phone provider!
Peeps' Texter provides unique 'Audiences' to allow you to target specific segments of accounts, including
• Accounts with Points
• Accounts with Store Credit
• Accounts with Purchase
• Accounts by Group
• VIP Accounts
This is great for sending out reminders to accounts that have points to spend, or store credit to spend. It's also a great way to let people know about you Instagram and Facebook Live events! Much more-effective than just posting about it -- put the message in their hand!

Receive SMS/Text Message Opt-in/out
There's a new 'SMS' option you can set for all new accounts! This ties-in with Peeps' Texter and Peeps' Texter integration with Peeps' Software!
If you'd like to set all new accounts to receive SMS (text) messages, head to Settings > Store > Policies and check the SMS option for new accounts.
You can disable/enable SMS on a per-account basis too, by clicking the More tab within an account -- e.g. if a specific account doesn't want to receive SMS messages from your store.

Twilio SMS Integration -- Full Featured SMS System!
I'm proud to announce Twilio integration! Peeps' Texter and in-account text messaging, can now be handled within Peeps, using your Twilio account!
You can still use the 'old-school' method for texting an account, which requires selecting their Cell Provider, but for more-efficient texting *PLUS* Peeps' Texter bulk text messaging, Twilio is now integrated!
There's a new Twilio account settings section under Settings > Store > Online. There's also a link to sign-up for Twilio, if you don't already have an account. To make Twilio your preferred texting system, just check the box for 'Use Twilio'.
This enabled Peeps' Texter for the Message Station, so you can send bulk texts within Peeps.
I'll continue to add more Twilio integrations for other areas of Peeps that can benefit from text messaging, including Drop n Gos. :)

Payout Fee Access Level to Block Employees from Changing It
There's a new Access Level to block employees from changing the Payout Fee! Also tied to this, instead of simply saving the most-recently used fee, you can now specify your store's Payout Fee under Pay Account > Settings.

Now when processing End-of-Day, if you have the Count Till option enabled to count your cash drawer at the end of the day, it'll not only automatically be set to 'Close' for the Type of entry, but the Open and Adjustment Types will be disabled.

All New Check Printing/Payout Routine!
I'm proud to introduce an all-new, completely re-vamped check printing routine for Peeps! This new routine is not only MUCH, much faster, it introduces a bunch of new options and features, including:
• Option to print the name and amount in ALL CAPS or not.
• Option to adjust the margins left/right, up/down (so you can align checks to a variety of check stock!)
• Include a special message on the check stub.
• Option to use the account's Business Name, if present.
• And much more!
This new check printing routine applies to all checks, from the individual Pay Account screen and the Payout Advance screen, to the bulk Pay Accounts screen.
This new check style is enabled by default and is the primary check printing going forward, but the 'old-school' check printing can still be used. There's an option called 'Use New-School Check' which can be un-checked, taking you back to the old-school style.

Make 'Quick Quote' Option to Launch Quick Quote vs. BOR Calculator
There's a new option to make the 'Quick Quote' the preferred screen to open vs. the 'BOR Calculator'!
This is handy if you prefer the Quick Quote system vs. the original BOR Calculator.
From the Quick Quote screen, click the Settings icon to enable this.
Once enabled, the 'BOR Calculator' button on the main Inventory screen will change to say 'Quick Quote' and the Quick Quote screen will launch instead of the BOR Calculator. Handy for pure buy outright stores. :)

Move Consignor Login Extra Settings Into Main Program
Peeps' Consignor Login settings can now be managed directly within Peeps' Software! For stores utilizing Peeps' Consignor Login system, you can edit your settings under Settings > Store > Online.
Even though Peeps setup all of this for stores, the settings were configured directly in the Account Uploader application itself. Now all of these settings, including the upload time, can all be controlled within Peeps' Software. :)

Peeps' Daily Email Summary settings can now be managed directly within Peeps' Software! For stores utilizing Peeps' Consignor Login system, you can edit your settings under Settings > Store > Online.
Even though Peeps setup all of this for stores, the settings were configured directly in the Daily Email Summary application itself. Now all of these settings, including the scheduled time emails/texts are sent, can all be controlled within Peeps' Software. :)

Right-Align Barcodes on 1-Across Landscape & 2-Across Landscape
The barcode (and Barcode ID!) are now right-aligned on multiple tags! This allows them to 'grow to the left' and not be so close to the edge, risking getting cut-off. Even with the built-in option in Peeps, which lets you move your barcode on the tag, these really are better-off being right-aligned.

A Way To 'Drain'/Use All Store Credit, When Using Store Credit Stretch
There's a new 'Drain Balance if Below' option for Store Credit Stretch payments! This allows an account to use up its remaining balance when Store Credit Stretch is in play, so they don't end up with 'scraps' of change for a Balance. :)
The dollar amount threshold can be set via Settings > Point of Sale > Payments. To Drain *all* balances, this can be set to a large amount -- e.g. $9,999.99.
There's also an optional Prompt option, if you'd like Peeps to prompt vs. doing this automatically.
Note: This draining Store Credit Payment will *not* receive the benefit of the Store Credit Stretch.

You can now Clone Buy Outright & Store Owned inventory! Both during the Add Inventory process, as well as from within the Account Overview screen.
The Clone process also automatically creates the History entry, if the BOR $ option is enabled on the account!

Replace 'Double Spaces' in Item Description w/ Single Space
Descriptions could inadvertently have 'double-spaces' in them, if Category Details weren't selected. It looks cleaner if these are brought down to a single space, so Descriptions will now be processed that way, both when adding inventory, as well as when updating inventory. :)

Ability to RemoveSpecific Images for Items
You can now delete specific images from items! This is available in both Peeps, as well as in Peeps2Go! :)
To delete an image within Peeps, head to the item and click the Images tab -- right-click on the image you want to delete and then click 'Delete Image'.
In Peeps2Go, there's a new 'Delete Pics' button on the Home screen. Tap this, enter the Barcode ID for the item in question, and you'll get a list of images for the item -- tap the one you want to delete. :)

If An Item Isn't 'Available', Prevent Upload to Shopify & WooCommerce

When Cloning An Item, Also Clone Images (If Any)
When cloning an item within an account (right-click > Clone Item), the images (if any) attached to the item, will also be copied!
This makes it so if you have an item you want to repeat and sell online again, the images for it automatically copy and upload to Shopify. :)

If Category Details are Changed After Item Added, They Don't Show In Shopify
Fixed an issue where if an item's Category Details were changed, due to a new Category selection, the new Category Details (e.g. Material) wouldn't show in the product listing on Shopify.

Right-Click > Reduce Quantity/Inventory (with Protections/Logging)
There's a new 'Reduce Quantity' feature available for items! To reduce an item's Quantity, right-click the item within the account.
There are some safety checks in-place for this as well!
• An item with a current Quantity of 0 or 1, cannot be Reduced (Quantity of 1 should be Statused).
• There's a new Access Level (which defaults to Level 100) to prevent employees from accessing this function.
• Peeps prevents you from reducing the Quantity by more than the current Quantity, or to 0.
• Any time an item's Quantity is reduced, a special Note is placed on the account to outline which user made the change and what the current Quantity was, as well as the new Quantity.

There's an all new Web Orders screen! For stores using Shopify, your online orders automatically sync down to Peeps so the sale can be completed and the consignor receive their net amount.
To access the Web Orders screen, click the 'globe' icon on the Point of Sale tab!
Web Orders has two sections -- New and Completed. Your New orders are ones that have come down from Shopify, but haven't been rang-up yet. Double-click the order and click 'Process' to automatically process and complete the order!

Ability to Set All New Inventory Going In as Web Inventory (for Shopify)
There's a new option within each account, to automatically set all of their items to 'Web Inventory'!
This makes it so when you're entering inventory, the Web Inventory box is automatically checked and the items are automatically included in the Web Inventory sync list!

There's an all new Start-of-Day feature! Similar to the End-of-Day routine, you can now tell Peeps to perform a Start-of-Day on your stations.
If Start-of-Day is enabled, Peeps will automatically open the Cash Till screen so you can count/open your drawer. It'll automatically be set to the 'Open' type of Till count as well.
The default hours for Start-of-Day are between 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM, but you can adjust this or completely enable/disable Start-of-Day on the Settings tab.

Add a Separate 'Clock' Icon on Search Sale for Hourly Sales (vs. clicking Sale Totals)
There's a new icon on the Search Sales screen, which allows you to view Hourly Sales. Previously, you would click on the Sales Total itself (which you can still do), but there's a more-prominent visual icon for this now.

Provide a Check Stock 'Nudge' Setting, To Move Check Alignment Up/Down, Left/Right
You can now move the check layout up/down/left/right! This provides fine-tune controls for different printer margins, different check types, etc.
On the Pay Account screen, click Settings > Advanced to control these positions.

Capture Signature for-use with Check Signature
You can now capture your signature for checks, from within Peeps! Previously, you could assign a signature by selecting from a file that was already on your computer. This meant you either had to make that signature using some other method -- e.g. on a mobile app, etc. -- or using our stand-alone Peeps' Signature Capture utility.
Now, you can create your signature from directly within Peeps! When you head to Settings > Printers > Checks, you'll now see three options for setting your check signature:
• Import Image
• Use Signature Pad
• Use PIN Pad
This allows stores with a Peeps' Signature Pad, or a compatible PIN Pad, to make their own signature for checks, right within Peeps!

Show Image for Selected Item on Web Inventory Screen
There is now an image thumbnail for the currently-selected item on the Web Inventory screen! This makes it so you can arrow down/up through your list of items (or click an item) and see the primary image for it, without having to view the item to see its images.

The sell online/globe icon is now disabled if an item is not Available.

Add Consignors To Frequent Shopper Plan Too, Not Just Customers
Now consignor accounts will also automatically be added to your Frequent Shopper Plan! Previously, only if an account was added @ POS and a Plan was selected, would they be added to your Plan + receive the Plan Welcome Email.
Now, if you have a Preferred Plan selected, new consignor accounts will also be added + receive the Plan Welcome Email!
There's an option to disable this too, if you still only want accounts added @ POS to be added to a Plan vs. all accounts. Just check the 'Only Added @ POS' box next to your Preferred Plan.

Option to Print Business Name on Checks/Payout
There's a new option to print the 'Business Name' on a check for the 'Make Payable To' field! This is for vendors/accounts with a business name set. If this option is enabled *and* if the account has a Business Name set, this will print instead of their First/Last Name.

Option To *Not* Require An Image On Shopify Items
You can now choose to upload items to Shopify, without images! By default, items require at least one image in Peeps before they'll sync up to Shopify. To make it so items without images can go up, head to Settings > Store > Online and adjust the Shopify option for 'Require Images'.
This also ties in with store's utilizing the LoyalShops 'Reply Sold' Live Assistant for Facebook Lives!
