If you’re experiencing the Liberty Cloud outage (e.g. Liberty5, LibertyREACT, etc.) this post is for you.
As of 2/22/2024, there is still a Liberty Cloud outage. Resaleworld’s Liberty Cloud service (for Remote Desktop access to Liberty consignment software) has been down since this past Saturday morning, 2/17/2024. Customers started reaching out to The Computer Peeps on Sunday and Monday (even posting on our blog) at which time the Liberty Cloud outage was still impacting them.
Resaleworld’s website displays a notice that a service outage is affecting their Liberty Cloud servers.
Since customers have been reaching-out to The Computer Peeps to try and find any information about the Liberty Cloud outage, we wanted to post this to our blog to help keep store owners updated.
We have talked to a few stores who were back online last night (2/21/2024), but we still have a significant number of customers down based on the calls we’re receiving.
Being down for nearly a week is terrible, there’s no way to spin it. We’re ready for any store owner who’s had enough and is ready to switch to Peeps. We can convert your Liberty data so you don’t have to re-tag your inventory and get you up and running on your current systems and then replace those systems with new MiniPeeps, if you opt for one year of Peeps’ Support.
Either way, we can get you back up and running and get your store on a stable, reliable platform — Peeps. Call The Computer Peeps today @ (888) 374-5422 to get going on Peeps.

Update 2/23/2024 @ 4:33 PM — We have spoken to store owners that are still down as of today, with only two confirming they are back online.
