The handy thing about saving reports in Peeps is, you can export to a PDF without having to install PDF Printers or other software!

Another handy feature is, you can export reports and they can automatically format in columns, with all of the formatting removed, so you can manipulate in programs like Excel!

I posted a full-color pic of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. because I think seeing pics in black and white makes it look like the civil rights movement and the loss of MLK, were "so long ago," way back in another time.

This was NOT long ago -- many people seeing this right now were alive then and I was born just 9 years after his assasination.

So I think it's important that we remember on this day, that while things are better in some regards, we are not in a world -- or a country -- without prejudice and marginalization.

• I worked and closed over 6,000 tickets! 👨🏻‍💻
• I averaged 14 tickets per-day! 🤘🏻

Also in 2020, our Top 5 issues were:

• Electrical -- By far the most common issue we ever deal with!
• Kill Liberty -- It's amazing how often Liberty still locks-up and crashes, so our customers have to use Peeps' Kill Liberty button to get out of the program and avoid a reboot. We track every one of these events in real-time and this is still our most common issue after electrical problems.
• Paygistix -- Still one of our most-common issues @ Paygistix not running at startup, whether it be due to improper installation from the vendor (i.e. the program cannot run under a non-admin account without a multi-prong treatment to make it do so), or from crashing.
• Peeps' Monitoring -- I spend much of our time proactively monitoring for, detecting, and preventing issues so our customers' systems remain running smoothly and so their technology 'stays out of their way' and allows them to run their store!
• Internet -- Behind electrical issues, Internet issues are one of our most-common issues.

Based on previous years' stats and the charts I built-in to our Custy2Go management system, I was able to estimate that in December, we'd hit at least 400 tickets for the month (if not more) -- and we've already done so!

I was also able to see that 2020 has been our busiest year to-date!

And I've built these same annual charts (well, for store sales, not tickets!) into the next release of Peeps2Go, so stores can have the same projections available!
